This well-respected below the line agency are looking for an all-round agency experienced DM Account Director to head up the team and report into the Head of Department. A good understanding of the full marketing mix is required, with specific expertise in DM and sound management skills.

This is a responsible and demanding role, which will reward the right person greatly. It’s a pivotal time for the business as they focus heavily on Direct Marketing with the view to grow the business dramatically. They need someone with broad DM agency experience who can confidently develop and motivate a team, and present to clients with serious credibility. Direct Marketing qualifications would be very beneficial.

The successful candidate will be confident, charismatic, and certainly not shy of hands-on hard work. A basic salary of between £40-50,000 is on offer for the right candidate plus generous package.
