Country Manager - Executive Search (Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
MARKETING
•Marketing plans / strategy
•Direct Marketing – mail shots, cold calling, advertising
SALES
•Set and achieve annual and monthly targets
•Market research / competitor research
•Sales Training & Sales Presentation
•Identify and target potential customers
•Conduct introductory presentations
•Prepare and submit follow up documentation
RECRUITMENT
•Recruit competent staff that bring value to the Company
TRAINING
•Voyager software( Proprietary Recruitment software)
•Sales Training
•Employee Induction Programs
•Recruitment Process Training
GENERAL MANAGEMENT
•Conduct weekly progress meetings – track and manage workflow
•Prepare regular management reports to head office
•Control and approve all customer invoicing
•Liaise with other Consult offices to provide weekly reports /marketing updates
STAFF MANAGEMENT
•Finance & Banking Team
•IT Team
•FMCG Team
•Construction/Engineering/Property Team
OPERATIONAL RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES
•Full responsibility for long term and one-off Client Accounts
•Manage workflow – delegate incoming recruitment assignments
•Implement appropriate recruitment methodology
•Assist with client / candidate negotiations if needed
•Handle any client complaints
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
•Be aware of potential new business lines that will lead to business growth.
Requirements
•Degree in Business Administration or any relevant qualification.
•Must have executive search/headhunting working experience, minimum 5 years.
•Open to Caucasians only.
•Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
