Our client a leading voice, data and Internet solutions provider is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide support to the sales teams and advise potential clients on their products and services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Voice, Data and Voip along with excellent communication skills, and a good depth of technical knowledge
Working closely with the Account Managers you will be required to
• Attend meeting with account managers and help deifine customer requirements
• Communicate the Features and beneifts of the product range
• Create bespoke solutions for new clients
• Prodive Technical support to both extising and new clients
The Ideal Techical Support engineer will
• Be business minded
• Have the abilty to speak to people at all levels
• Be experienced in providing customer support
• Be trained on Cisco Systems
This role would suit a career minded invidvaul who has extensive knowledge of the telecoms industry, along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Our client is offering a salary of £40,000 along with benefits.
