European Product Sales Engineer

My client is urgently seeking a European Product Sales Engineer to develope, manager & execute a growing & profitable market position working within the UK sales team & within Europe.

The Roll

Develope & execute strategies that deliver profitable growth consistent in the EAM for Pigging Products & Services consistent with accepted business plan.
Engages & works with the team to establish & maintain an ongoing effective key/target account progam that provides management with measurable goals, objectives, strategies, tactics, programs & other information on selected accounts to ensure a consistent & effective working relationship.
Provide technical solutions to meet customer needs maximizing products & services. Consult on how to improve or overcome operational challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
Leads by example & finds, develops & manages new/key accounts & establish relationships.
Establishes & maintains credible knowledge & data of competitors product/service offerings pricing, delivery, technology and actions.
The Candidate

Good sales track record, knowledge & skills. - This is a "Product Specialist" sales roll.
Min HNC in Mechanical Engineering.
Min of three years in the oil & gas industry with at least a min of 1 year in business development.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate sales & marketing, technical & commercial information.
Proven leadership skills.
Relates well to people.
Based in the UK for 30% of time, either from home (anywhere in the country) or in office based in Swindon.
Working within most of Europe for 70% of time.
Due to the length of time my client has been looking they are willing to be flexible on education & piping/gas experience.
Salary

Up to £35,000 + bonus scheme, BUPA, 25 days holiday, company car, laptop & blackberry mobile phone.
