HR / Recruitment Consultant, Global IT & Telecom Consultancy, 6 month Contract, Saudi

THE COMPANY
My client is looking for an experienced HR/Recruitment Consultant for a 6 month rolling contact based on site in Riyadh, Saudi, with a leading global telecommunications consultancy. My client is delivering high profile NGN networking and communications projects in nearly 40 countries around the world. With over 10, 000 employees worldwide, they are currently expanding their GCC operations with current and immediate project demands, need to expand capabilities in Saudi.

THE ROLE
• Due to huge growth demands in the region for this global tech consultancy, I require an experienced individual to drive and own the hire process for the Saudi and Bahrain region.
• Approx 70% of the role will be focused towards the recruitment and selection of technical resources.
• Secondary responsibility for the daily HR operations – processing new starter paperwork, induction and on boarding of new staff, driving performance management, training and development.
• You will report directly to the regional MD, and have a dotted line to EMEA HR management based overseas.

THE INDIVIDUAL
• You will have 4 years minimum experience in hiring niche technical Telecom and IT professionals (contract and permanent) - inc: Cisco, Microsoft, Networking, Storage, IPT / VoIP, Security, etc..
• You will have a demonstrable background working in a multinational technical organisation, with a record of driving results, hires and HR focus for the region.
• You must have experience working with teams across multiple territories, and time zones.
• Experience working in Saudi or the Middle East essential
• English speaking is essential, Arabic a bonus
