Team Manager- Children In Need

Degree or Diploma in Social Work, or other GSCC recognised social work qualification is essential, as experience supervising social workers in a fast-paced statutory setting. Previous experience leading a children in need team is a benefit, although there is the opportunity for this experience to be gained. The post involves supervising the work of qualified social workers, maintaining quality of assessments and care plans, chairing professional meetings and reviews and assisting with the most complex cases.
