Central London Community Care Hospital Social Worker

A post has become available for a social worker in the community care division. A degree in social work, diploma in social work, CQSW, Masters in social work or other GSCC recognized qualification in social work is essential. Experience of working with older people is also essential. Hospital work desirable but this role offers an opportunity to gain work experience in this environment. Previous experience working with complex health issues is a benefit. This role will involve carrying out assessments, reviews, designing care plans and carrying a case load of clients. You will be working within a small friendly team and the position will offer competitive rates of pay.
