The company is an American company and a world leader in fluid handling systems and components. Its products move, measure, control, dispense and apply a wide range of fluids and viscous materials used in vehicle lubrication, commercial and industrial settings. Quoted on the New York Stock Exchange, the Company generates net sales of above 900 million US dollars and employs over 2100 people. Its products are present in the United Kingdom through its network of distributors and partners. Due to continuous growth of the market, the company is now looking for an additional Territory Manager.
The position will be based in the Solutions Division. The main goal of the position will be to maintain and manage existing distribution. To investigate and develop general and speciality distributors plus additional channels (i.e. direct, OEM, integrators, systems houses) to increase brand awareness and market share of Graco Industrial products to the market. The position will report to the European Sales Manager. The Territory Manager will be working out of his/her home office.
The ideal candidate should match the following characteristic:
• At least 2 years sales experience with technical products in a B2B environment
• Commercial qualifications either in Sales or Marketing, preferably to degree standard.
• English languages skills
• Self-reliance, initiative, self-discipline in professional life, motivation to reach planned goals
• Willingness to travel 80% of the working time
• Technical experience with either paint/coatings/sealant or chemicals background would be a distinct advantage.
They will provide the Territory Manager with all the equipment (computer terminal, mobile phone, Internet, etc.), necessary to work out of their home.
