This is a great opportunity for a Healthcare Support Worker to join a truly fantastic UK Based Company. This position Involves working as part of a nurse led team providing a high standard of care of patients and their families, both in the patient’s home or hospital as necessary.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced healthcare worker to support a nurse lead team, providing a high standard of health care to patients and their families.

Duties include:

1. To provide all aspects of nursing care required by the ventilated patient for a designated shift period.
2. To promote health and comfort, maintaining dignity and privacy and a quality of life.
3. Maintain a written record of all care provided.
4. To communicate with other team members to ensure that all-necessary information is passed within the team.
5. Be aware of and work within the company’s and the Customer’s guidelines, policies and procedures.
6. To take part on recreational outings for the patient and to ensure his/her safety.

This will be £11,481 per year gross plus a housing allowance of £3420 per year. Packages combine excellent pay and conditions including a housing package in the first year, pension, private health insurance, 4 weeks holiday plus an allowance for Bank Holidays.
