Our client is currently looking to recruit for a Deputy Home Manager for one of their homes in Newbury. Our client are one of the largest care providers in the UK today and they are looking to expand on their already successful and diverse team of carers.

They need a deputy home manager with the following skills and qualifications:-

• RGN – This is essential
• RMA – Would be an added benefit but this is not ideal
• Previous experience of caring for the elderly within a home
• Excellent communication skills
• Help the Home Manager with the day to day smooth running of the home
• Caring and personable approach
They are offering a very completive salary in the region between £26,000 and £30,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Previous Deputy Management experience would be ideal, however, if you have been a Charge Nurse who has had good supervisory experience you will also be considered for this highly satisfying role.
