I am currently recruiting a Deputy Home Manager for a very nice home in West Sussex. This 46 bedded Nursing Home for the elderly is looking to recruit a deputy with a caring disposition, hands on approach and person friendly attitude.
The home in located in West Sussex in a small village specialising in Residential Care, Dementia Care and Respite Care.


The ideal candidate will have be RGN qualified with previous deputy management experience, an NVQ level 4 in Management would be nice but this is not ideal as the home will support you in going for this qualification to further your career.


The client are offer in the region of £24,000 with benefits in a home which is vibrant and looking for the perfect Deputy!
