Deputy Home Manager for 44 Bedded Residential Nursing Home – Wiltshire - £27,000 + Excellent Benefits – Stunning Location!

Our client are looking for a Deputy Home Manger to come and join there lovely home in Salisbury, situated in green surroundings and overlooking Salisbury Cathedral this home is not only visually pleasing but in the middle of a village with excellent local amenities & activities. The Home is a 44 bedded home for the frail and elderly.

We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager for this home. You will need to RGN and ideally have a RMA but this is not essential. Previous experience as a Deputy would be ideal, however, the client would happy to see CV’s from experienced Charge Nurses with supervisory experience in elderly care homes. You will need to have strong communication skills as well as a caring disposition.

This home is offering a competitive salary up to £30,000 but ideally they will be looking between £26,000 and £27,500. As well as great benefits you will also receive a sense of great satisfaction within this role in Salisbury.
