Customer support/technical Support/Account management
This modern company offer third party telecoms solutions. They are independent consultants to numerous SME’s and manage their global
communication requirements and long term telecoms strategies. Everything from satellite based requirements, to office landlines and mobile phones.
Salary circa £14k for 3 months, commission on new business and sales brought on.
Applicants will ideally have exceptional organisational and administrational skills together with previous Telesales/customer account management skills
The job will have a varied blend of the following:
Administration
Order Processing
Customer reviews / tariff reviews etc
Provisioning of lines and services
Fault management and reporting
Account management and ‘up-sales’
We envisage that the role will be starting out as Customer service with Technical Support,setting up accounts etc with an element of sales. Then progressing into a sales/business development role.
