The Roll

Provide support and guidance to the regional pre-sales engineering staff members who are located in the company branch offices.

Give a second line of support to internal and external sales staff in relation to product and application queries.

Be able to assist sales personnel on application and selection for special projects.

Contribute to the development of actions to achieve the company target for skill improvements

The Candidate

Good general level of education required. GCSEs or O'Levels grades (A-C), particularly in English and Maths, is essential.

Sound knowledge of air conditioning systems would be essential.

Candidates with experience of working in a customer service environment would also be preferred.

Good clerical, numeracy and IT skills are required, although training will be provided]

Outgoing and confident.

Enjoy dealing with the public

Ability to work on own initiative and maintain motivation

Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally

Ability to prioritise and deal effectively with queries

Up to £35,000 + Benefits
