BMS Controls Engineer - Edinburgh, Fife, Tayside Area

Red River's client is a global organisation as well as a leading player in the field of HVAC, Fire and Security technology services. The company is now urgently seeking an experienced BMS Controls Engineer to work in the Edinburgh, Fife and Tayside areas.

You will be responsible for:

* Operate, maintain and interogate BMS & Field Control Systems.
* Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects .
* Undertake PM tasks on HVAC Controls systems.
* Modify and interrogate BMS software programmes and systems
* Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly.
* Develop and maintain the excellent customer relations already achieved on site.
* Undertake Out of Hours Works, as requested.
* Must be capable of producing minor reports on reactive works undertaken.
* Must undertake all work and documentation to a high standard.
* Must be able to work within a PM Schedule from week to week.
* Must be able to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively.

Location:

Candidates should be either resident in, or be prepared to relocate to, the Edinburgh, Fife, Tayside or Stirlingshire areas.

Qualifications, skills & experience:

* Relevant qualifications desirable.

Must be able to demonstrate:

* Experience and knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC control systems.
* Awareness of Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures necessary.
* Ability and willingness to learn about new systems and operational procedures.
* Proven Customer skills.

Salary: Basic to £30,000 + fully expensed car, overtime, standby & call out.
