Ontrak Recruitment are currently recruiting a Letting Negotiator on behalf of a well established City based Estate Agency.

We seek a pro active and experienced Letting Negotiator; who is a self starter and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets within the residential sector, with a good knowledge of the City and East London.

The ideal Letting Negotiators will:

Be well organised
Be pro active and think outside the box
Be target driven
Have previous lettings experience, ideally in the City or East London
Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Have a valid UK Driving Licence


Our client is offering a package of a £12 - £15 base along with a company car, mobile and an achievable OTE of in excess of £35K first year.
