Customer Service Exec x 2
Call operator required for expanding lively and vibrant company based in Thame who offer technology services to corporate clients. The purpose of this position are to deliver exceptional customer service and deliver customer requirements in a professional and business like manner ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently improved. Main responsibilities are to answer incoming calls, monitor and resolving issues, working as part of a team to ensure call flow is smooth and customer administration via email fax etc. Hours for this position are 37 Mon-Fri alternate shifts working from 7am to 9pm. Starting salary circa £18k with 25 days holiday plus other benefits.
