Substance misuse social worker

Diploma in social work is essential. Experience with substance misuse clients is essential. Experience with mental health clients or experience in a hospital would be a benefit.



A local social services team is looking for a qualified social worker to work across a number of hospitals in the area. The role will involve performing assessments on clients with drug and/or alcohol addiction issues followed up by designing care plans to move them into treatment.
