Legal Secretary - Commercial Litigation

Citywide Recruitment are currently recruiting for the role of Commercial Litigation - Legal Secretary for a prestigious Colchester firm of Solicitors with a reputation with an excellent reputation in their field of providing an enviable working environment and passion for their people.

Previous legal secretarial experience is required for this role, preferably in the area of Commercial Litigation. The successful candidate must be a team player, whilst having the ability to work on their own initiative.

The role including providing full secretarial support to the Fee Earner/Team and to ensure that all correspondence and documents are produced to the required standard in a timely manner.

The role is full time, with hours of work being 9.00am – 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 – 5.00pm Friday, with one hour for lunch.

Full training shall be provided regarding case management, in particular on Solcase. Digital dictation experience is desirable, and good audio typing skills are essential with a typing speed in the region of 60 wpm+.

• Salary £15-22K per annum dependent on experience
• 22 days holiday, accruing annually to a maximum of 25 days leave.
