Telephone Customer Service Agents

Our client, based in Redhill, is looking for Telephone Customer Service Agents to join their very busy team.

Duties:

- To use the telephone system accurately and correctly.
- Accurately qualify customer needs through effective fact finding.
- To communicate clearly to the customer.
- Ensure that the customer is satisfied at all times.

Requirements:

- Good telephone skills.
- Must be PC literate.
- Must have excellent listening skills.
- Previous telephone customer service required.

Possable Temp - Perm for the right person.

Hours may vary but you will be told in advance.
