Qualified Social Worker- Children and Families (CIN)

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or other GSCC recognised social work qualification is essential. Previous experience carrying out social work in a children and families setting, including Looked After Children, Child Protection and Children in Need is also essential. There is an opportunity to gain experience with a Children in Need team with an Essex council. Duties include making child and family assessments, managing risk and writing reports. The post is with a children’s services department and offers competitive remuneration and the potential for longer term work.
