Supply Chain/Logistics manager

My Client is a major name in the international distribution and logistics sector. They are urgently seeking a Logistics/Supply Chain Consultant to be based in their Dohar operation.

This Client is supporting the formation of a new business unit to be based in Dohar, which will be involved with a combination of Logistics, Distribution and Supply Chain activities. They are looking to recruit a small but highly professional team headed by an individual who has good Logistics/Supply Chain experience, maybe qualified; but must understand aspects such as GAP analysis, to a certain extent; SAP, is highly competent with IT and above all; is a good Business Developer. The unit is effectively starting from scratch, so good entrepreneurial skills are also going to be evident in the candidates.

The role(s) are urgent. As soon as the successful candidate(s) are recruited then all stops are pulled in order for the work to commence as quickly as possible. Interviews will be held in the UK at the end of March.

The package is negotiable, but it will be generous and will reflect the importance of this new division/unit.
