Reviewing Officer

Experience reviewing care plans for vulnerable adults or older people is essential. Knowledge of the NHS and Community Care Act 1990 is essential. Knowledge of the Fair Access To Care (FACS) is also essential. Knowledge of the Care First system would be a benefit. Car driver a benefit.

The role will involve visiting clients in residential homes, assessing and reviewing care plans and responding to the individual needs of the client. This post offers the opportunity to gain experience in a statutory setting.
