Review Officer London

Experience reviewing care packages for older people is essential. Knowledge of the NHS and community care act 1990. Statutory experience with a social services team is a benefit. Experience with the community alarm system would be a benefit.

A local social services team is looking for a review officer to review care plans for older people. The role will involve carrying out up to 4 care package reviews on clients using the community alarm systems as well as providing support to clients, giving them a point of contact within the team. The duty team will be responsible for referring reviewed packages to be approved.
