Community Networks Worker

Experience working with mental health clients is essential. Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati (both verbally and written) would be a benefit.

A London service is looking for a support worker to work with mental health clients within the BME community to promote their inclusion within the community. The successful candidate will make assessments, design care plans and manage a case load of approximately 15 clients with severe and enduring mental health issues. Care plans will include helping clients access employment, training, education and encouraging them to engage with community activities.
