Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Previous anti-social behavior experience in a housing context is essential. Good people skills and being an effective communicator is essential. Good IT skills and a knowledge of the i-World system would be a benefit.

The role will involve investigating complaints of anti-social behaviour within the community and taking the appropriate action including logging of complaints through the i-World system. The successful candidate will be required to liaise between various agencies and work towards an overall reduction in the level of anti-social behavior in the area.
