We put our vast experience that we have acquired in the IT area at the disposal of large service companies, offering them user support, application maintenance, I.S. administration and telecom maintenance services. Our consultants bring to our customers knowledge, competencies and innovative solutions to improve their services.

Our Client is a well-known global leader in advanced IT technologies, which provides complex services to hundreds of customers all over Europe. Because of constant expansion, we are looking for experienced professionals to hold a challenging position in international, dynamic work environment.

We are looking for consultants able to perform server remote monitoring. You will be ultimately based in Katowice and hosted within the IT Center. You will use client’s process and tools.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Server and application monitoring
Alerts will be consolidated within Client platform
Alert analysis, qualification, resolution or dispatch
Perform pre defined scheduled activities
Incident management (during the nights and the week ends)
Candidate should be bilingual (at least in English) as it concerns internationals platforms.

COMPETENCY

You should have between 1 to 5 years experience and should have skills in the following areas:

 Windows (60% of the server installed base)
 HP Unix and Solaris (25% of the installed base)
 Linux, Novell and VMS would be appreciated additional skills.

Good knowledge of languages: English or French.
