Substance misuse worker

Experience case managing stimulant substance misuse clients is essential. Knowledge of harm minimisation is essential. Experience facilitating group work would be a benefit.


A local service is looking for an experienced substance misuse worker to take on a case load of substance misuse clients primarily crack and stimulant users. The role will involve performing initial assessments on stimulant users and designing care plans to address their needs organising key work to offer support and harm minimisation advice as well referring clients to other services if their needs require it.
