Our client provides both small, medium and larger sized businesses with more than technology services - they provide a technology relationship, becoming a business partner and single point of contact to assist in making their clients more productive through the implementation of appropriate technologies.Their services include IT security, networking, service level agreements, VoiP, back-up & support; and Ecommerce & web development.They are currently on the look out for a Field Engineer/Technician to support their clients as a consultant/engineer/advisor. If you are interested in an environment that promotes teamwork, professional and personal development, and excellent customer service skills, then we want to hear from you!Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining knowledge of all client technology and application systems, ensuring that they are properly maintained and secured.Implementing and maintaining interoffice and remote connectivity communications.Providing user technical support.Ensuring ongoing compliance with client disaster recovery plans.Travel between client locations, delivering technology services.Having Microsoft certifications will be a bonus, but my client believes there is no substitute for a good dose of experience with current technologies.
