Our Client a World Leader in the design, manufacture and supply of large capacity Diesel Engines seek to hire an additional parts specialist for their expanding team.

Main Purpose of the Position:

Generate and develop Sales and revenue to meet / exceed Parts AOP.
To follow all processes and policy as specified in process log and QSI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To maximize revenue generated from all customer contacts.
Create an effective linkage between Sales Execs and Parts Specialist team.
Ensuring all customer orders are entered onto Bespoke Software in a timely manner.
Ensure all order acknowledgements are faxed to customers for postal and faxed orders.
Ensure all quotations are processed in a timely manner.
Ensure that all orders are contract reviewed effectively.
Ensure purchase orders are raised in line with Customer requirements
Ensure Customer Orders on credit hold are released, via credit control.
Review Direct Deliveries and ensure processed correctly, and on-time
Ensure Remedy tickets are handled in timely manner
Review overdue customer orders and progress
Ensure returns procedure and credit authorization processes are followed

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
v Good PC Skills (Word , Access , Excel , Powerpoint)
v Industry knowledge - preferred
v Excellent communication skills
v Proven record in parts system experience
v Product and systems knowledge or similar – preferred
v Telesales environment experience - desirable
