Trainee Recruitment Consultants urgently required for our exciting and vibrant office in central London.

The role is challenging and varied, as you will be talking to many people about many opportunities every day, so good communication skills is a must. To be successful you will have a can do attitude, be persuasive and resilient and have fantastic rapport building skills.


Sales experience beneficial, however not essential, as full intensive training will be provided for a period of 6 months..

We offer a generous basic salary and a unique uncapped commission scheme that gives our Consultants complete control of their earnings. For trainees, anticipated OTEs are £30k-50k in year one, £60k-80k in year two and £80k-£100k in year three. Our Consultants often exceed these estimates.
