Trainee Recruitment Consultant- Graduates- German Speakers

Pathway are looking for ambitious, self-starting individuals to help launch our German IT Recruitment Division currently based in our central London offices.

We are looking for individuals who are hungry for success and interested in recruitment as a career, wanting to earn uncapped salary.

We are looking for the following:

- A Graduate or someone of Graduate Calibre
- Someone who is determined and driven, this is not a 9 – 5 job
- Have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal- English & German
- Be confident and extremely influential
- Self-motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team
- Someone who enjoys sales and targets
- Ideally have some sales experience, but not a must
- Wants to earn lots of Money!!!

Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential as full training and support will be given from day one.
