Consultant, Technology Services

Summary of Position
This position is responsible for overall management and delivery of projects to clients within the Technology Practice. Individuals will be responsible for client relationship management, project management, risk management, up/cross-selling, and the successful deployment of high-quality deliverables. This role will include analysing client processes, understanding client’s business landscape, defining requirements and then expertly delivering Astadia solutions and strategies. This Consultant will be expected to both lead teams and contribute individually to complete tasks.

Required Skills & Knowledge -

- Thorough understanding of SFA & CRM market, key industry players, and trends in the marketplace
- Knowledge of salesforce.com or similar CRM (Siebel OnDemand, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc) is required
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated leadership, team building and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including advanced client-facing and presentation skills including the ability to influence and negotiate with clients
- Solid problem solving and decision making skills coupled with strong analytical thought processes
- Technical experience in sales force automation / customer-relationship management implementations, data migration, and application integration is essential
- Ability to manage developer resources on projects requiring custom coding
- Ability to manage classroom and train end users on use of application in consideration of client business processes.
- General understanding of financial forecasting, reporting and budgeting
- Ability to thrive in a small project team environment

Required Education -

- Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems or related field; related experience may be considered
- Masters Degree is considered a plus

Required Experience

- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of relevant consulting experience

Physical Requirements

- Must be able to drive a car
- Must be able to travel for up to 30% of the time
- Must be able to work on a computer for seven hours per day
