Project Manager

Experience developing social care services is essential. Experience tendering to local councils for social care contracts as well as developing links with other social care services is essential.



A developing social care service is looking for a development manager to help design and set up a new service for homeless clients. The role will involve developing a homeless shelter in an existing building to include services such as links to training and education. The role will involve designing the service from the beginning, designing the business plan to include partnerships with other local agencies to secure referrals and to win tenders from local government for social care contracts. The role will then move onto setting up the service, recruiting and inducting new staff. Once the service is established there will be the opportunity to be involved with the setting up of other services within the area. This role offers and attractive salary with KPI based commission as well as the opportunity to develop a number of services
