Our client based in Fleet, Hampshire has a position available in Camden and the surrounding areas for an experienced M&E Project Manager. Our client's work consists of principally and increasingly, urban regeneration housing for sale, mainly on land provided by local authorities and other public bodies. The position is available immediately and is permanent with an opportunity for career progression. Salary will be negotiable depending on the candidates experience. The ideal candidate would have strong background in regeneration and social Housing. In addition you need to be a good communicator, team player and an effective leader and have a good understanding of Health & Safety and contractual requirements.
