LUC-CM2 - Contract Manager

My Client, a well known developer, is currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their team in Ringwood.

The ideal Contracts Manager will have experience in House Building at Site Management level.

The Contract Manager must have sound knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and legislation, including CDM regulations and risk assessments.

The job position entails the use of software packages using laptops or a PC so the candidate must be computer literate.

The ideal Contracts Manager would have attended a Planning Supervisors Training Course but is not essential.

Salary is negotiable due to the experience and ability of the candadite.
