Dual Diagnosis Qualified Social Worker

Experience case managing mental health clients essential. Experience working with clients with substance misuse issues is also essential. Diploma in Social Work, Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CCETSWA or other GSCC recognised qualification essential.

A local statutory team is looking for a dual diagnosis social worker to work within a hospital based adult mental health team. The role will involve taking an initial case load of severe and enduring adult mental health clients with additional substance misuse needs, reviewing and developing their care plans as well as carrying out assessments with a view to designing needs based care plans for new referals.
