Banking Recruitment Consultant, Trainee Recruitment Consultant. OTE £100,000+ Basic

Pathway specialises in the IT and Financial Service Recruitment market. They are market leading within these fields and therefore expanding with offices and opportunities arising in Dubai, Hong Kong and Germany. Due to continued expansion and an ongoing commitment to training they are now seeking finance trainee recruitment consultants to continue their growth.


Pathway are looking for Front and Middle Office Recruitment Consultants, no financial experience is required for the trainee position. We have a exceptional 6 month training scheme that will give you the tools to become a number 1 recruitment consultant and make an excessive amount of money!

We are looking for the following:

- A Graduate or someone of Graduate Calibre
- Someone who is determined and driven, this is not a 9 – 5 job
- Have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be confident and extremely influential
- Self-motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team
- Someone who enjoys sales and targets
- Ideally have some retail or sales experience
- Wants to earn lots of Money!!!
