Plans over the next 2-3 years will see the organisation expanding from our UK home through Europe and on to America and Asia. In a few short years you could find yourself stepping on a plane to start a team on foreign shores.

From day one of joining Pathway you will embark on a 6 month programme (Consultant Development Programme) designed specifically to take new consultants with no knowledge of the position and give them the skills and practise that will provide a platform from which they can launch a long and lucrative career..

Our incentive package is one of the best in the market – With multiple stage car targets, holidays abroad, days out to top locations and being wined and dined. On top we expect you to earn £35-40K (OTE) in their 1st yr, £60-80K (OTE) in the 2nd yr and then 100K+ from then on!
