PROJECT SUPPORT WORKER

The job purpose is to support the provision of high quality housing and housing support services to a specific client group.

You will actively seek to empower service users to gain and maintain control over all aspects of their lives.

Contribute to service users support care plans in conjunction with the project/link worker. Assist the service users to recognise their abilities, stengths, skills and maximise their development and use.

Assist where required on issues such as welfare benefits, budgeting, employment, education, and training.
