Dual Diagnosis Practitioner

Experience in working with dual diagnosis clients essential. Professional qualification would be a benefit. Familiarity in facilitating or co-facilitating groups also a benefit, though this post could present a good opportunity to develop group work skills.

The role involves key working and designing care plans for a caseload of mental health clients with additional substance misuse issues. There may also be the opportunity to work with drug and alcohol groups. There may be an opportunity that the successful applicant will be offered this position on a permanent basis at the end of the contract.
