LAB ANALYST

LAB ANALYST

The successful candidate will ensure that the quality of products manufactured are in compliance with MCC rules & regulations through the chemical analysis of raw materials, manufactured bulk products & finished goods. To ensure the shortest possible turn-around times, prevent re-works, rejects & product re-calls.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•To analyse raw materials, intermediates & final products accurately & timeously
•To provide comprehensive reports on analyses done
•To provide a quality service to Production in terms of accurate results, calibrated instruments, solutions & validation of equipment in line with standard operating procedures
•To ensure careful use of consumables to prevent wastage & to efficiently control stock
•To adhere to health & safety regulations, GLP & GMP
•To keep up-to-date in terms of equipment & technique

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

•National Diploma in Chemistry or BSc degree or higher
•Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Laboratory Analyst, in the Pharmaceutical industry
•Computer literacy: MS Office
