Experience case managing substance misuse clients requiring prescribed substitutes is essential. A professional qualification would be a benefit.



A local service is looking for apart time substance misuse practitioner to take on a reduced caseload of clients who require one to one key work to address there addiction needs. The role will involve working with clients on an existing maintenance program offering one to one interventions and continuing their program or progressing them onto a detox program while offering relapse prevention and harm minimisation advice. This role has good opportunities to go permanent and maybe extended to full time after 3 months.
