Client Services Coordinator
A pioneering, leading provider of proximity services, require a Client Services Coordinator to contribute to the successful delivery of client campaigns. Our client’s services have enabled consumers around the world to download location relevant information and content direct to their mobile phone or PDA.
You will be involved in the early stage of campaign specification, and help advise clients on how best to achieve their objectives by using Proximity Marketing. When a campaign is signed off, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all the deliverables come together on time. You may give on site support to ensure the campaign works smoothly. You will be involved in collating and analysing the data after the campaign, and proposing recommendations to the client.
The successful applicant’s primary objective will be to maximise the number of successful interactions for clients, and to minimise the cost of delivering each client project, thereby maximising the client’s return on investment. In addition you will be able to demonstrate the following;
Be able to configure tags with firmware, fingerprint database (FPDB) and content.
Assess and test mobile phone capabilities
Create and test mobile digital content
Be able to update the handset database and be able to use it.
Be able to perform queries on the handset database, and usage database.
Extract logs from tags, analysing usage data and producing usage reports.
Pre installation feasibility assessments
Installation training and commissioning
Performing installations
Preparing shipments for clients – including packing boxes, booking tags in and out of stock, producing delivery notes, setting up equipment for on site campaigns, booking deliveries onto Fedex.

Location: Cambridge
Hours: 40 M-F 9-6pm
Salary: £15-18,000 depending on experience
