Roles & Responsibilities
►Maintain the AMEC AGL Accident Incident Database (AID) on an ongoing basis, entering data on receipt of accident investigation reports.
►Maintain hard records of ALL incident reports (Accidents, Dangerous Occurrences & Electric Damage Reports)
►Send out the month end statistical performance reports and utility damage reports to all regions to be completed and returned each month.
►Input the monthly statistics into the Utilities Workbook and send to Industrial.
►Maintain absence records as a result of any lost time accident.
►Maintain / update on a monthly basis the MH Rates, STF Rates, AAFR, Hours since LTI, IoG Pipeline and Thames Water Stats Reports.
►Update the NG Contracts SHE Report re: Utilities Contracts.
►Maintain / update the Thames Water Incident report.
►Update the Monthly Project Reviews (Stats report) for Gary Morgan (Commercial).
►Maintain/ update the Utility Damages excel spreadsheets and charts on a monthly basis.
►Maintain records of Quality Audits.
►Maintain records of SHE Leadership Culture Audits, and set up and maintain a database to monitor trends.
►Correspond with Corporate Insurance re: EL and ID Insurance Claims.
►Maintain minutes of SHEQ Department Meetings.
►Organise SHE Training Courses (ABC Training).
Book the course, venue, collate names of attendees and send out joining instructions. Maintain records.
►Collate names of Attendees for other SHE Training Courses.
►Occupational Health -
▪Maintain / update - Utilities Occupational Health excel database - input data re: medicals attended, results received and any correspondence.
▪Maintain lists of health screening and update the Monthly Record (Totals per Contract per month).
▪Notify the Contracts of Health Surveillance / Assessment results and advise the Management thereof.
▪Ensure Employee Briefing forms are signed and returned where applicable.
▪Maintain the HAVS Questionnaire record and send out repeat questionnaires when due.
▪Handle any invoice queries re: Invoices from Norwich Union.
►Maintain the SYPOL system. Update the system for Utilities with all the COSHH Assessments relevant to Utilities. Ensure the system is kept up to date.
►Distribute any correspondence / SHE Alerts as requested by the SHEQ Manager.
►Maintain the SHEQ Notice Board.
►Occasional typing for Quality Manager.
►Send MD’s Safety text messages.
►Distribute the SHEQ Monthly Board Reports.
►Maintain records for the SHEQ Quarterly Review Reports such as:
-Accident Analysis (Type/ Location/ Nature)
-Reportable & Lost Time Incidents
-Reportable Dangerous Occurrences
- Injury Trends diagram
►Update the Feedback & Suggestion Form spreadsheet.
