Super Sales Coordinator for Snazzy Gym

We are looking for a well spoken, confident and friendly sales coordinator for this snazzy gym in Basingstoke, the main purpose of the role being to maximise leisure membership through effective selling and marketing techniques, utilising of systems and communication with customers and colleagues.

You must have a customer focused 'No Problem' mentality, proven experience in a sales or customer service environment, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, confident friendly and courteous manner, smart and professional appearance with high standards of personal hygiene, good general education, persuasive, focused, standards orientated, imaginative and intermediate IT Skills.

Ideally you will have a business acumen and leisure club experience.

Your daily duties will include assisting gym members and potential gym members, carry out effective sales tours, use a 'soft sales' approach to encourage prospect members to join your gym, ensure sales targets are understood and treated with enthusiasm, and much more.

This position is available on a permanent basis, with immediate start available for the right candidate. The rate of pay being offered is £16k per annum plus bonuses, benefits and incentives.
