HR Manager / HR Business Partner

Our client is the UK subsidiary of a global manufacturer of vision care products. A market leader of renowned brands, its UK business employs c.155 generating a turnover of c.£40 million. The organisation has enjoyed significant growth during the last 18 months due to a merger with a major competitor and is now focused on investing in its people and its processes to become the global market number one. An opportunity has arisen for a UK Business and Human Performance Manager to drive its high profile Human Capital Project.

Reporting to the UK Managing Director and one of the senior management team, the Business and Human Performance Manager will be tasked with implementing and maintaining best practice HR management whilst partnering line managers to ensure they effectively develop and motivate their team resulting in better efficiencies and bottom line profitability. Having recently invested in top to bottom employee behavioural and aptitude analysis, the business requires a leader to maximise its investment and drive management understanding of their people.

Candidates will ideally be CIPD qualified and have a proven record of success in employee development and motivation. From any industry, you will be a dynamic, self motivated and assertive individual who thrives on driving change and is capable of success working with a well established and highly experienced team.
