Supported Housing Scheme Manager

Experience managing supported housing schemes for clients with either mental health, learning disabilities or substance misuse issues is essential. Knowledge of the supporting people framework and QAF standards is essential.

A local supported housing scheme is looking for an experienced manager to take on a patch of supported housing schemes (totaling around 50 beds) for clients with mental health and drug and alcohol issues. The role will involve line managing senior support workers, auditing them on evidence based practice as well as managing budgets for the schemes which will include both staffing costs as well as managing revenues from the supporting people fund. This role offers a competitive salary as well as the potential for a KPI based completion bonus at the end of the contract.
