JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Executive –Enterprise Accounts Division
1. Scope of Position
To sell the full range of our clients infrastructure and services into nominated enterprise accounts and customers within your defined territory.

2. Key Responsibilities
1. Targets
• To achieve the assigned revenue and profit targets

2. Sales
 To sell all our clients products and services and core competencies based on current value propositions.
 To work with our strategic complimentary partners.
 To obtain the acceptance and support of our overlay resources and relevant partners.
 To develop a detailed understanding and knowledge of all products and competencies
 To work within the sales engagement model
 To manage the commercial relationship between our client and the end users, always delivering an excellent customer experience.

3. Reporting & Documentation
 Reporting to the Sales Manager
 Complete and provide quotations and special pricing to customers as requested.
 To provide management information and reports as requested
 Develop and maintain forecasts
 Manage and archive sales related material


4. Practices and Processes
 To operate under our clients group guidelines, practices and Department Organisation Structure

POSITION SPECIFICATION
1. Qualifications and Skills

Essential
- Minimum 1 years sales experience in IT industry.
- Proven sales track record of achievement
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Sound IT knowledge – understands the relationships between business issues and IT solutions, understands IT basics, jargon and market opportunities.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Listening
Establishing trust and rapport
Negotiation skills

Desirable
- Educated to a degree or equivalent level
- Detailed knowledge of the products and services
- Existing knowledge and relationships with Key Strategic Partners IBM HP Sun Etc
- Experience of selling within a complex technology environment
2. Other Key Skills/Technical/Product Knowledge
Essential
- Can demonstrate commercial awareness – how to drive margin and revenue based business
- Utilises a structured sales approach

Desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Recognised sales qualifications
