Process Technician – Extrusion Blow Moulding

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000
Hours: Full Time – Shifts
Reporting To: Works Manager

Responsible for:

The technical processing of an extrusion blow moulding plant. Working hand in hand with our chief maintenance engineer to maximize efficiency.


Duties to include:

• Carry out tool trials
• New project development
• Produce first offs and then monitor the machine production process
• Tool changing


Skills

Time served as an extrusion blow moulding technician – having gained your experience in a bottle blow moulding environment.

You will be extremely confident in changing blow moulding tooling, setting process conditions and trouble shooting production problems in a high volume manufacturing environment.
